Once the cutting stage is completed, the pieces are transferred to the garment assembly department, where they are processed by operators who are highly experienced in their respective areas. Each product is sewn with the technical stitching details it requires using various technologies such as overlock, chain stitch, double-needle, quilting, coverstitch, buttonhole, and button machines. All operations are carried out within quality criteria that comply with international standards.

At every stitching stage, the following are meticulously checked:

• Stitch durability

• Cleanliness and neatness

• Stitch density and centimeter settings

• Technical specifications defined in the model

• Pattern accuracy and form integrity

This ensures that the product is both long-lasting and aesthetically flawless.

In our garment line, production proceeds through a band system, enabling fast and error-free workflow supported by coordination among operators. After stitching is completed, products move to the intermediate quality control stage. Here, issues such as seam integrity, stretching, shape distortion, thread cleaning, and model conformity are examined in detail. Necessary corrections are made, and the garment is then directed to the next stage—washing or pressing & packaging.
